                                   A prototype pf a cell phone consisting of several pieces of digital jewellery that work together as a wireless set has recently been developed.Each piece of digital jewellery in a set contains a part of a cell phone embedded in it,so that all  the pieces together work as a normal cellular phone.The various components that all the pieces together work as a normal cellular phone.The various  components that  are inside cell phones,such as the microphone,the receiver,the  display,the touch  pad,the circuit board  and the antenna ,are embedded  in different  pieces  of jewellery according to their functions.

Another important component of digital jewellery  is the java ring,which is used to protect passwords.It is often frustrating for people to have to remember a large number of passwords for different purposes in their everyday lives.A new java-based, computerised ring that will automatically unlock doors and log on to computers is now being developed .The java ring is snapped into a reader called 'blue Dot receptor',Which is  connected to a computer at one end and the ring  at the other,in which passwords for fifferent purposes are stored.The java  ring is a stainless-steel ring, 16-millimetres(0.6 inches) in diameter,which houses  a 1-million transistor processor,called  an iButton.The ring has 134 KB of RAM,34 kb of ROM,a  real-time clock and a java  virtual machine,which is a piece of software that recognises that java language and translates it for the user's computer system.
